With 36 participating countries, 14 sports, and 6 sports facilities, 4 of which were purpose-built for the festival, Ekaterinburg&#39;s celebration stood as Russia&#39;s sole major international sporting event in 2023.

Doubletapp boasts experience in managing large-scale international events. Since 2018, we have been developing and maintaining <a href="https://doubletapp.ai/en/projects/6/umn?slug=6&amp;slug=umn" target="_blank">the website and mobile application</a> for <a href="https://uralmusicnight.ru/" target="_blank">Ural Music Night</a>, a major music festival. In 2019, we created <a href="https://doubletapp.ai/en/projects/9/umn-crm?slug=9&amp;slug=umn-crm" target="_blank">a CRM system</a> for them. Its introduction in 2019 allowed Ural Music Night to prepare in just 17 days, processing 1300 applications and increasing the organizers&#39; efficiency by 18 times. We also collaborate with major clients, such as Yandex Travel, who we developed an application for. Doubletapp&#39;s ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and perform at the level of IT giants played a key role in winning the tender to create the IT infrastructure for the Festival.

Over three months, Doubletapp&#39;s developers, designers, testers, and managers created a website with animations, videos, schedules, an integrated ticket purchasing service, as well as news and information for participants, spectators, and guests. We developed the administrative section for organizers and trained staff to use it and independently upload content. Currently, during the competitions, the company&#39;s developers are on duty to ensure the portal operates smoothly.

The University Sports Festival 2023 kicked off on the day of the city's 300th-anniversary under the slogan "Ekaterinburg on sports".
