The VideoTech 2023 conference, dedicated to video technologies, is in its third iteration. Speakers and attendees include professionals in the development and engineering community, working on streaming platforms, video calls, players, video storage infrastructures, content delivery, and other technical aspects related to video and audio.
The conference program features speakers from renowned companies, such as Georgiy Nikandrov from Yandex Autonomous Technologies (talk: “Lidar – the Main Sensor of the Vision System of Self-Driving Vehicles”), Alexey Shpagin from VK (talk: “How We in VK Calls Measure Video Quality”), and representatives from Okko, KinoPoisk, MTS, and more.
Valeriya, a frontend developer from Doubletapp, will present on the second day of the conference, November 21. She will share insights into the challenges faced by the Doubletapp team while working on a custom video player with embedded advertisements. The presentation will cover the technology selection process and why they opted for IMA SDK, along with the intricacies of working with VAST and VPAID specifications.
The talk will be of interest to professionals working with video who want to integrate advertising and those already experienced in advertising but seeking to deepen their knowledge.
