In 2017, we received a request from the owner of a clothing store. The request included several tasks:
– Make a design of online store’s website;
– Development of the administration panel.
Moreover, a store administrator is supposed to have an actual list of the products in stock and unique size charts related to every single brand of clothing or shoes.
We developed the administrative interface for the online store from scratch and made an adaptive layout of the site. Products are automatically uploaded to the Facebook shop. This provides the opportunity to subsequently add tags to product photos, linking them to products on Instagram. We set up the analytics and implemented several tools that save a store manager time in order processing.
One of the customer's desires was to integrate the website with the ERP system. The ERP system is a platform for automation of the internal processes in a store. It includes work with customers’ orders.
For each order we created a personal card in the administration panel. The administrator can create and edit an order or a request, send a letter or an instant message, call a client, view the history of requests, create an invoice and arrange delivery.
We built the product integration of the Facebook shop with the Instagram account. As a result, this tool increased sales via social networks by 5%.
We connected the analytics and made it possible to create unique reports on the progress of different segments, improving the marketing strategy based on these data.
One more thing that is worth mentioning – we integrated the delivery calculation tool into the online ordering process. We managed to do this by creating an algorithm that calculates the shipping cost at unique rates from several transport companies.
Currently we are supporting the store website, as well as developing the administration panel by adding new functions and improving the existing ones.
