We are expanding our team and looking for a specialist who will take on client communication, helping to bring customer ideas to life and ensuring high-quality interactions throughout the entire project.

Requirements

What to do:
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including engaging with key stakeholders, identifying and forming needs, conducting negotiations, presentations, and preparing commercial proposals;
  • Aspiring to develop in sales with the prospect of managing client projects;
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback on specialists;
  • Developing partnerships;
  • Managing projects in an outstaffing format;
  • Identifying client needs for available specialists;
  • Collecting accounts receivable;
  • Actively developing networking online and offline;
  • Maintaining reports and working in CRM.
What we expect:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Understanding of development processes;
  • Business meeting skills;
  • Negotiation experience.
