Vacancy Customer Success Manager (B2B)
We are expanding our team and looking for a specialist who will take on client communication, helping to bring customer ideas to life and ensuring high-quality interactions throughout the entire project.
Requirements
What to do:
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including engaging with key stakeholders, identifying and forming needs, conducting negotiations, presentations, and preparing commercial proposals;
- Aspiring to develop in sales with the prospect of managing client projects;
- Collecting and analyzing feedback on specialists;
- Developing partnerships;
- Managing projects in an outstaffing format;
- Identifying client needs for available specialists;
- Collecting accounts receivable;
- Actively developing networking online and offline;
- Maintaining reports and working in CRM.
What we expect:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Understanding of development processes;
- Business meeting skills;
- Negotiation experience.
