Vacancy Chief Accountant
We are currently looking for a Chief Accountant.
Requirements
EXPECTATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience as a sole accountant, chief accountant or deputy accountant.
- Experience with 1C: Enterprise, 1C ZUP, and Kontur.Diadoc.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and modern accounting and tax requirements.
- Experience in passing tax audits is welcomed.
- Organized, responsible, accurate, attention to detail.
- Perfectionism in document preparation, desire to learn new things, striving for professional growth.
TASKS:
- Maintaining accounting and tax records in a Russian LLC (accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media), assistance in collecting primary documentation for foreign legal entities (GC).
- Preparation and submission of accounting and tax reports to regulatory authorities.
- Management of several legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (simplified tax system, 5% VAT, patent, payroll reports, statistics).
- Issuing invoices and statements to clients (sending by mail, in messengers, via electronic document management).
- Preparation of advance reports.
- Entering data into the internal accounting system.
- Basic personnel records.
- Calculation, accrual and payment of wages (submission of reports to tax and regulatory authorities).
- Bookkeeping in the 1C: Accounting and 1C: Payroll systems, using Elba and Diadoc services.
- Working in internal software.
