Vacancy Project manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (Middle) who can build processes, manage the development team and ensure that projects are completed on time.
Requirements
EXPECTATIONS:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Experience in managing a development team: control over deadlines, quality and technical aspects of projects.
- Knowledge and application of Agile, Scrum or other flexible methodologies.
- Understanding the specifics of web and mobile development.
- Experience with the YouTrack task tracker.
- A structured approach to work: record agreements, manage expectations.
- Customer interaction skills: you can constructively defend decisions and find win-win solutions.
- It will be a plus: English not lower than B2; developed soft skills: the ability to ask questions, negotiate and come to an agreement.
TASKS:
- Conduct business analysis of technical specifications from customers.
- Form project plans and monitor their implementation.
- Validate estimates and deadlines in collaboration with the technical lead.
- Answer project-related questions in collaboration with the development team.
- Decompose complex tasks and organize their implementation.
- Set up and optimize development processes.
