One of the largest B2C marketplaces in the CIS uses its own team maturity assessment framework to evaluate product teams. It helps standardize workflows, identify areas for improvement, and plan the development of individual departments. Previously, the entire process was managed through Google Sheets. Over time, as the framework grew more complex, the spreadsheets became increasingly difficult to maintain: employees spent too much time searching for information, could accidentally modify shared data, and this approach was no longer suitable for large-scale collaboration.
Doubletapp was tasked with analyzing the client's internal processes, standardizing them, and transforming the existing approach into an enterprise web platform while preserving the existing business logic and making employees' day-to-day work faster and more efficient.

The project began with an in-depth analysis of the client's internal processes. The team needed to understand the entire assessment framework, including relationships between departments, user roles, and the logic behind performance calculations.

- Implemented a role-based access model so each user could view only the data and tasks relevant to them.
